CANCELLATIONS:

If you can get in touch with Customer Care (https://threadly.store/support or hello@threadly.store or +91 8015668806) within 4 hours of your ordering,  provided the Print Team has not already started the printing, we can cancel Your Order.

What is the cancellation fee?

There is a minimum cancellation fee of Rs.20 which is charged to cover the Payment Gateway & Processing charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to the original payment method after deducting this charge.

REFUNDS:

Can I return my Orders?

Of Course Yes, Kindly inform us as soon as you get the Product Delivery. If the DTF Transfer Print you received in the Package is wrong Or the Print is Damaged (Need to provide a Unboxing video in this case) We will replace/Resend the Prints. For confirmed returns, we offer return within 2 Days from the date of Delivery.

Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in the same delivery day without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. All the approved exchange and replacements will be completed and delivered within 7-15 Business Working Days.

We Pay For Return Shipping

We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered is wrong from what was ordered and shall be replaced.

Refunds will be transferred to your original payment method used on purchase. The refund duration is 5-10 days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to (hello@threadly.store). If the refund is approved it will take 7-10 Business Days to get credited in Your Original Payment Method.
