CANCELLATIONS
If you can get in touch with Customer Care (https://threadly.store/support or interactions@threadly.store or +91 9094003650 within 4 hours of your ordering, provided the Print Team has not already started the printing, we can cancel Your Order.
There is a minimum cancellation fee of Rs.20 which is charged to cover the Payment Gateway & Processing charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to the original payment method after deducting this charge.
REFUNDS
Can I return my Orders?
Of Course Yes, Kindly inform us as soon as you get the Product Delivery. If the DTF Transfer Print you received in the Package is wrong. Or the Print is Damaged (Need to provide a Unboxing video in this case) We will replace/Resend the Prints.
Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in the same delivery day without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
We Pay For Return Shipping
We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered is wrong from what was ordered and shall be replaced.
